How do I open an account?
Choose Open an account, tell us your name and email, set a password and answer three quick questions. Your account number appears straight away and you can start using it.
Are there any fees?
The Free plan has no monthly fee. Plus and Max add extras for a monthly fee, shown on the plans page. We add no fees when you spend abroad on any plan.
How do I move money between my accounts and Spaces?
Open Pay in the app, pick where the money comes from and where it goes, enter the amount and confirm. Moves between your own accounts and Spaces happen instantly.
How do you keep my account secure?
You get an alert for every payment, can freeze your card in a tap, and can log out of every device at once. We also pause unusual large payments and ask you to confirm them.
How do I get help?
Our support team is available 24/7 through in-app chat. Max customers are moved to the front of the queue. You can also search the help centre at any time.
How do I close my account?
Move any remaining money out of your account and Spaces, then message us in the app and ask to close it. We will confirm once it is done.
